About Me
Healing is a collaborative journey where we walk together as fellow travelers.
Finding a space where you feel truly understood is the first step toward growth. Whether you are navigating the high-pressure world of a professional career, the nuances of multicultural identity, or the complexities of romantic and family relationships, I am here to walk alongside you.
I believe in your innate capacity for healing, even when it feels out of reach. I strive to offer a space defined by deep curiosity and compassion — a sanctuary where you can safely explore your inner world and express your feelings without judgment. Here, we will uncover your strengths, allowing you to navigate life’s transitions with clarity and a kinder relationship with yourself.
My work is guided by curiosity, collaboration, and a deep belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship to support growth. I believe that our past experiences and the underlying systems of our lives, such as our family, culture, and society, shape how we move through the world today.
Because every individual’s story is unique, I don’t believe in a "one size fits all" approach. Instead, I carefully tailor our sessions by integrating:
Understanding the "Why": Using Psychodynamic and Systemic perspectives, we explore the patterns and relationships that influence your current life.
Practical Tools: We integrate techniques from CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness to build mental flexibility and help you stay grounded through daily stressors.
Healing from Trauma: As an EMDR-trained therapist, I provide specialized support to process difficult or traumatic experiences, allowing you to move forward with a greater sense of peace and safety.
My Therapeutic Approach
I offer supportive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive therapy to help clients navigate emotional and life challenges. My areas of clinical focus include:
Identity & Culture: Cultural identity, immigration-related concerns, and the cross-cultural experience.
Relationships: Romantic partnership dynamics, family concerns, and boundary setting.
Trauma & Recovery: Healing from past wounds, post-traumatic growth, and regaining a sense of safety.
Emotional Wellness: Navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and major life transitions.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 122566) in California with over eight years of experience. My journey has taken me through diverse clinical settings, including community mental health, non-profit organizations, university counseling centers, and private practice.
